One of this companys trucks blew through a stop sign and almost hit my mother and my two year old daughter. He was speeding. When my mother called and asked to speak with the owner, she got no response. When she asked who was driving the red truck in that area, she said it was their salesman Ray. What idiots. No call back. No apology. They could have killed my daughter.

I had a Trane furnace and A/C unit installed as part of my new home build in Fall 2013. Control Group is my builders HVAC installer. My request of them was to provide me with a Quiet A/C unit due to it being located on my patio. Through my builder, they gave me a quote without a model # or any further information.
