Roman was a TRUE professional! We had other contractors working on the home at the same time that the water needed to be shut off for the repair. Although the other contractors were advised that Roman was replacing a leaky pipe and NOT to turn on the water, the other contractors flipped on the water not once but TWICE! Roman, his tools and his working area were soaking wet and we had to run out to the main to shut it back off. Although he was a bit frustrated, Roman kept his cool and handled the situation way better than I would have. He remained friendly throughout the entire job and I wouldn’t

They did the job and the toilet was unclogged. I was also charged $200 more than the original quote. Apparently it cost more for them to snake?! Also , the plumber didn’t bring a shop vac to clean up the backed up feces and toilet paper. I ended up having to use my own. Do not recommend these guys, and will not use them in the future.

URV Projects Roman showed up with mask on time as schedule, it was so quick that just 2 hours since my first contact with URV Projects regarding my kitchen drain clog issue. Roman kept everything clean while working even without leaving any piece of trash in my house after his work. He fixed the clog problem in 30 min with reasonable price. One evening I got in touch with URV since the connection between my house's main line and the sprinkler system had busted. The main line had to be shutoff to prevent water wastage, but at the same time we had to get it resolved ASAP as we couldn't use the restrooms and the kitchen.
Yakov/Alex at URV were swift in getting in touch with Roman. Roman came by immediately even though it was after hours. He fixed it within an hour and it's holding up well.
I'd used URV Projects in the past as well and I've always had a pleasant experience with them. I'd definitely recommend them for plumbing needs

Roman helped us install the water filter and softener system in the garage. He is a very professional and patient plumber. We are very satisfied with his service.
