Services
We began operations in 1964 as an excavation company with the purchase of a small bulldozer and a backhoe. The business establishes a reputation for integrity and continued to grow with steady acquisitions of equipment. In 1973 Paul's son, Greg, graduated from Youngstown State University with a Degree in Civil Engineering, and began working for the company.

Lipp & Son, Inc. batch plant ships ready mixed concrete to contractors for a variety of construction applications, including roads, driveways and parking lots; irrigation and storm water channels; building basements and foundations; as well as water reservoirs, heavy industrial machine bases, and concrete pre-casters of: manholes, catch basins and septic tanks.

We needed a 20x33 pad poured at our home & I must've made 5 phone calls for quotes. Lipp & Son returned my call right away & even made a special trip to the house to make sure their truck could get up our driveway. They were very reasonably priced & ran the truck on a Saturday for us. Their driver was super; very polite & very patient with our crew of friends and family. For them to be so responsive to our needs when our little patio is nothing compared to area contractor jobs really shows how much they put their customers first; would recommend them in a heartbeat!
