Hiller's replaced the carpet on our main floor and upstairs, almost 2,000 sq ft, 3 carpets of different colors and types, and it was all done exceptionally well. The pricing was very fair, too, for high quality nylon carpet with lifetime warranty and the best quality pad. Anthony, our sales contact, was very fair and very thorough with his planning for this large project. Several other people at Hillers were also very helpful with advice and fast service on details. The installers completed the job much faster than I thought this complex project could be done, and they were very professional

PLEASE SHARE THIS POST SO THAT NO ONE EVER GETS RIPPED OFF BY THIS COMPANY AGAINP. Please if any one is ever in the business for flooring or carpets DO NOT EVER GO TO HILLERS FLOORING IN ROCHESTER!!They don't stand by there products or their shoddy workmanship. After only two weeks of having our wood floors put in it started to chip and warp. They came back with a dark brown marker and colored in the chipping areas. What kind of business does that. So after 2 months into the floor being put in I called them back because the marker wore off of the flooring. We paid $15,000 for our flooring

Finally getting my carpet replaced from cat damage. Hillers has been in Rochester forever. Seems everyone I know comes here for flooring. They have a huge selection and they were very helpful in my selection. I ended up with a remnant piece that will be perfect and at a great deal. I went with the thicker pad also which was on sale.
