Thank you for your technical assistance with my Gibson gas furnace giving a "False flame or gas relay shorted" code and no heat. Problem was isolated to a faulty resistor on the control board. Replaced the circuit board and furnace is now heating. Your worker can now be deployed sooner to someone else that has no heat! I enthusiastically recommend your company to anyone.

Tyler showed up on time. He was very respectful and professional. He didn't have the part available but he came back at the end of the day.
