The Torres residence project is a renovation of a semi-commercial kitchen with dueling cooktops. The large open kitchen serves as the heart of the home for this active culinary orientated family. The project also included a guest suite and updates to the support spaces of the kitchen and living room.
Santos Master Suite and kitchen upgrade is located on The Venetian Islands in Miami Beach, Florida. The original house was built in the 1950's and the integration of the new design into the existing style was a key factor for this project. The project started with the existing kitchen area which included the kitchen, laundry cabinet and breakfast area.
The Tirana residence is a new 2 Story residence located in Coral Gables, Florida. The property is located in a calm neighborhood street and backs onto a waterway. The project consists of an existing boat house, a new 2 level dock, pool and a new 2 story residence, totaling just under 4800 square feet.
