Worst customer service ever! Please read the other bad reviews before hiring this company. We decided to book an appointment after seeing multiple Facebook ads. My appointment was confirmed two days ago for today. On the day of my appointment, we received a call from a lady wishing to set an appointment for service. We informed her of our original appointment and she stated that we didn’t have an appointment when in fact we did. Green City Pros arrived on time and were very professional. They gave me a free estimate as promised and discovered a fair amount of work needed to be done (very old chimney). They sent Jacob out for repairs the day before Christmas Eve! He arrived in time as well and was able to complete the work in a timely manner. The fireplace has never looked this good in the time I’ve lived at this house!!! Highly recommend this company and their service.

David from Green City Pros just left my house cleaning my chimney and dryer vent and he was very professional. David and his helper came into my home wearing a mask and bringing his cloth to put down to keep the area clean. He explained what he was doing and made suggestions on how often I need to get this service done, they were very neat, polite, and professional. I would highly recommend their services. I will be calling them back again next year.

We have had some family issues, so had to reschedule several time. They honored our original coupon, and even moved our final appointment at the last minute!
The technicians arrived on time, very friendly and knowledgeable, made some suggestions but no pressure sales!!
