Founded in 1963 by the founder, Architect Charles F. McAfee, the firm transitioned ownership in 2006 to his daughters, Cheryl L. McAfee and Charyl McAfee-Duncan. This year, the firm celebrates its 50th anniversary. The collective experience of the firm's leadership exceeds 150 years of architectural and management experience.
At McAfee3 we are constantly challenged to keep architecture's variety of facets in our vision as we develop solutions that make worthwhile statements to future generations. We believe that our planning and design projects inspire the human spirit and help to define the best of all characteristics of the excellence in building design and systems.
As the CEO of McAfee3 Architects and the architectural principal of the Atlanta office, Cheryl McAfee received her undergraduate degree in Architecture from Kansas State University and her Master of Architecture in Urban Design from Harvard University. She has also served on the board of directors of the Alumni Association for Kansas State and Harvard Universities.
