Amazing service when we installed the garage door. After installation, a few months later we requested a service since it was still under the warranty. Same guy, just awful service. Not the same treatment as the first time he came to do the installation. Needs to treat existing customers much better.

D&L service was amazing. I notice the spring had broken in our garage door, I called few places and they were all backed up for at least few weeks.
D&L were able to come and see our door next day, our technician was Ceara. Ceara answered all my questions and very helpful how to maintain our garage door and the service was quick.

Ricky showed up on time and was very professional. He immediately found the problem to be a sensor wire that was not making contact correctly. He ensured the wire was operating correctly before leaving. I was very appreciative when I offered to pay the fee and he said don’t worry about it since the system was installed by their company in April 2021.
