Our 4WD Ambassadors wanted to design something cool heading into the summer months. So a Kevlar coated Wrangler in Frostbite Blue is just what the doctors ordered. This one-of-a-kind is currently on the showroom floor at Jeep ONLY, home of "Handcrafted Jeeps". GenRight front performance fenders which are more narrow than the factory plastic flare (width).

Which makes them hug the curved body and better match the width of the rear tube fenders. GenRight rear 4 Aluminum Rear Tube Fender Flares. These close fitting tube fenders are perfect for rock crawling through the Boulders or Trees on your favorite trail. GenRight front and rear inner fenders. One piece design which allows for flawless installation, and features a laser cut GR logo to keep your engine compartment cool.

Poor customer service and with coupon price the same and poor communication. Not express and first in line took 30 min for jeep to be brought in and oil spilled and smoking on exit. Look for another option for oil change!

Be aware , Still waiting for my spare key after 3 months ! after the sale is done they will not care about you and won’t provide what they promes.
I bought my new gladiator in October . I was a assigned a young lady for her first sale . She didn’t know anything about car and of course about jeep, but hey , everyone has to start one day . On the day of the delivery the floor mat was not given to me neither my spare key . We told this dealership weeks in advance we wanted to buy from out of town. They said sure and even quotes us with our states taxes. Then we told them we’d pay cash, the financial guy David, came up with a lie that the GM didn’t allow selling vehicles outside of 12 mile residents! Granted this was never a factor when we were considering leasing/financing, but as soon as they found out they couldn’t make money off of a lease…nope they changed their minds that they “suddenly” can’t sell! I’d never buy a car from these sleezy people ever! By the way, they put all these after market

Good luck with getting a decent response from the service department. My Jeep is not bad, but I've had too much maintenance for the short time I've had it. The service is terrible. They look at the caller id and ignore the calls instead of addressing the issues. You can rarely get a live person. I am soo disappointed in Jeep Only and would not recommend

No inventory in stock although it was advertised. Keep trying to steer us away from our own financing. Salesman said he would return our call in ten minutes but after two hours never did (guess business is great). My wife is in sales and said the key to great sales is communication!

This dealership was the worst. the Salesperson Justin Ramirez was knowledgeable great kid, the test drive was ok the jeep had no gas so we had to stop immediately at the gas station not the end of the world , right? But The manager or finance guy I should say (TAHA) he is what made my experience turn from ok to bad. He starts off with his name and the insulting my trade-in. I tend to think like every one else that the vehicle u have owned for the past 5 years is worth a bit more than 1k. If you're looking for a Jeep, this is definitely the place to stop. New, old, lifted, stock, turbo diesel, gas, hybrid and almost all models. In store accessories and install available. One stop shop in my opinion. David was able to help get us into a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon Recon Edition. More Jeep inventory than anyplace we stopped! From Dealer to dirt ours was ready to go. Easy purchasing or leasing process and lots to choose from. I would say stuff here is for sale not necessarily on sale for vehicles and items. Definitely worth stopping and checking out!

This dealership is terrible in every way possible. I bought a "new" grand Cherokee from them and it has been absolutely nothing but problems I need the first day I got it and I should've returned it then.
And the service department is just as awful. Everyone I worked with since I bought the vehicle has quit... weird coincidence. This dealership should be avoided at all costs. I am sending my complaints and video recorded vehicle problems to fca/Stellantis but who knows how that will go either.

Wow! So disappointed with Jeep Only service department . I purchased a brand new 2021 Jeep Wrangler and had a great purchasing experience with Michael, but am very disappointed with Jeep Only customer service. It took me weeks to schedule an appointment and when I finally got the vehicle in, I had to wait an extra day to get the vehicle back. The main reason for the visit was to inspect peeling paint on the right shock tower mount. The service department told me this was not a problem and not to worry about it. Now that the peeling paint has started to flash rust, I've escalated to customer

A bit torn with my review. I rate the buying experience 5-stars. Super friendly staff, helpful, responsive, and NO pressure. I truly appreciate that they don't pressure sell like most other dealerships. But once you've made a purchase you can forget all that. Nobody responds, nobody helps. So, yeah. I highly recommend shopping here. Just don't expect much after your purchase.

Beware of this dealership. I recently bought a preowned grand Cherokee that was supposed to be certified. When I took it for the test drive everything was fine but after I signed the paperwork and took it home, (literally the next day and with less than 30 miles driven) I noticed a hissing sound on the ac and took it back to be checked and they found that the evaporator coil was damaged and tried to charge me 2000 to fix it when I had bought the truck from the only hours ago. They claimed I should have bought an extended warranty which I declined because I was under the impression I was buying

After shopping around I wanted to get a new car I found here. Everything went well however my sales person only worked there for a month yet and the mistakes just kept adding up. He promised to get my rims painted and it didn't happen as it wasn't included in the contract, and you know how that goes, once the deal is done you get nothing.
He also made me install an app on my phone promising the car is accessible from my phone to find out after it was not true either.

Maybe the world is changing or perhaps hell has frozen over. This dealership is what the worlds needs to begin emulating!

Jeep Only's no haggle pricing allowed me to purchase a vehicle enjoyably and stress free. I've never seen another dealership come close to the excellence. I spoke with at least ten different employees, and every single one of them treated me so pleasant and respectful. It seems the employees benefit from the haggle and stress free environment just as much as their customers do.

Update from my last review, they have dropped from a 3 to a 1 star due to their poor customer service in the service department, not looking for a order but a simple question. Really that busy you can't answer a question about warranties? Your employee's ability is questionable.

Shortly after this review I get a texts but still being passed around with no answer.

There is a shortage of new cars available on the market, and Jeep Only is taking advantage of this in a most despicable way.

They advertised a new Gladiator on their website for the "no hassle price" of around $76K. Clicking on the price showed three ways to buy: cash, lease, or finance.

I called and said I would buy for cash, no negotiating. After initially agreeing, they changed to say they were adding extra options at the dealership I would have to pay for. (They make high margin on these options) I reluctantly agreed and said I was ready to buy. They then announced I had to finance

My experience with jeep only I'll start with just WOW! First off this is the only jeep dealer in town that was not adding extra fees to just get ahold of their eco Diesel Gladiator, I went to 2 other dealerships who wanted to charge $5000 extra just to purchase A vehicle because of the shortages. From our salesman being extra is extra helpful with all of the mechanics of I were new cheap diesel Gladiator helping us helping us connect the phone to the new smart screen inside. *BUYERS BEWARE* we went into this dealership with full intent to buy a new Jeep Grand Cherokee L summit model. We signed paperwork, credit score was ran etc. I came back the next morning to sign paperwork due to having a newborn & 2 year old with me the day before.

When I arrive, the finance manager throws down the paperwork and says "here's your new interest rate, it changed", so last night, they had no intentions of telling me the interest rate was going to change? Mind you, my credit score is just shy of 800. A normal finance manager would be a little bit nicer and explain

We stopped here last month when we were shopping around for new cars. This is the sister dealership of Desert 215. Surprisingly at the time, they did have a lot of Wranglers, Rubicons and Gladiators in stock. If you have been to any car dealership recently, you are probably aware that new cars are very hard to get right now.

We found Jeep Only last year when I spotted a beautiful Wood panel Jeep Grand Cherokee.
Well my BF decided that he wanted to trade in his Pont car for a Jeep and decided on Jeep Onlu because of the excellent customer service we received last year just walking around looking.
AL did a great job today with helping get everything situated and Adam in finance was amazing as well.

I was in the market for a new car and I visited this dealership a couple times before making my decision. I have to say the experience was very different.. good different.

When I finally decided to buy, the team worked really hard for me. Anna was my salesperson, and she was patient, attentive and really took the customer service to the next level. See that bow ?..It was all her taking an extra step. David in finance was so patient and answered all my questions. This was truly a different car buying experience.
