We give the same attention to detail in the pre-drawn house plans we sell, that we give to our custom, luxury home designs. I meticulously think through every aspect in creating these unique home designs, as if I was designing it for me and my family. The Sater Design Collection was established in 1994.
Many times people start looking for a stock home plan only to find there isn't one that completely fits their needs. It's best to begin with a Modification Consultation, in which you can choose your favorite pre-designed house plan and have our experts modify it to accommodate what you're looking for.
We are working as fast as we can, however the time frame for modifications has been extended to approximately 10 weeks. At this time, we cannot guarantee any special time-frames. We apologize for the inconvenience. If you are making changes beyond bringing the plans up to your local codes, we recommend that you make use of our Plan Modification services.
Dan Sater's home plan books & publications feature beautiful full color images and large clear easy to understand floor plans. The books are conveniently organized into specific home style categories. These large books may show additional photography than available on line. There is nothing like having a beautiful book to hold and peruse.
