Our drone technology provides a safer, more accurate and unbiased, third - party assessment of your roof and can detect even the smallest level of damage better than the human eye. Climbing ladders and walking roofs can be very dangerous for inspectors. With our drone technology, our inspectors can safely and more effectively assess your roof from the ground.
Technicare will come to your home to evaluate damages that have occurred to your property due to water. Water damage is a progressive condition. Drying time varies depending on the types of materials, airflow volume, temperature, and the indoor and outdoor humidity. Therefore, it is impractical to give an accurate quote for services before completion.

Technicare is more expensive than some alternatives I have tried but I have never encountered better service. I hope that some of the money I pay goes to keeping those great employees because I believe in paying for good service. I have used Technicare for a variety of home services and will continue to do so.

I heard about technicare through a friend and I went online and sent an email about a quote. They were so quick to respond with the quote and immediately put me on the calendar. The process was so easy. I work all day and it is nice when I can just get things done with simple emails and this was so simple. Dakota gave me a call before they showed up which was nice. The two young gentlemen were very nice. They cleaned over 200 ft of gutter with 10 downspouts and we were very pleased with the service they performed. I called because of a reccomendation from one of my friends and I sure was pleased. Two technicians cleaned my windows inside and out plus screens. They were fast, efficient and did an excellent job! They put my furniture back that they had to move to reach the windows and cleaned up after themselves. I’ve had Technicare do my windows before and they’ve always done an excellent job. Their price was very very reasonable and I will use them in the future!

The Technicare Team was very professional and spent as much time as needed to complete the job. I had the opportunity to see them in action and I was amazed at how much dust they were able to pull out of our ducts and vents including our dryer vent.
This Service is not the least expensive in town but from experience (having used the cheaper services in the past), I can say you get what you pay for and I will definitely use Technicare again.
