We've worked with Ierna's at 3 different houses we have owned and we will continue to call them when we have any service issues. We signed up for their maintenance plan, which has saved us a ton of money over the years. Their techs are very polite, knowledgeable and make sure you're satisfied with the work before they leave.

Ierna’s provides excellent, quick service! The maintenance contract is fairly priced and well worth it. I always request Carlos for my technician. I purchase the annual maintenance plan each year which gives our home a spring and a fall ac/furnace check up. Ierna's installed our Bryant AC/Heating system, redid our duct system and added another return air and installed a new main line from the air handler in the garage to the condenser unit behind our home a few years ago,, so they have completely redone our system since we built the home. I trust them unconditionally, they even serviced our prior system which gave us issues for years. (leaks in the freon lines). Yesterday I had service by technician Carlos come by my home for my fall visit

Felix H. Came today in time at the top of the estimated time of arrival. He wore shoe covers which is very important to me. He was respectful, relatable, informative, friendly, courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. I have been using iernas for years. I finally got a light installed inside my unit for the unit but the last guy made it seem like that was for the whole house. Today Felix informed me that it was a light only for the inside of the ac. Service Tech Henry came to our home to install (re-run PVC pipe ) on our condensation pumps. He did a beautiful job. What a great job and what an awesome attitude this man has. He shared that he had been an… HVAC instructor at a Trade School. Ierna couldn’t have sent a more knowledge Tech to do the job. His entire attitude was to make sure we were pleased! I want to take the time to thank Kip B. for his time today. He was so professional, thorough, neat, detail oriented, honest, nice and pleasant. I have never had a better plumber in my house. He was earlier than expected, called me and let me know he was coming, oh so nice, he wore his shoe covers, addressed every concern I had and I even was thinking of more projects that he can do while he is here just because I trust him so much. I can't believe it. I even asked him about the temp of my jacuzzi tub and it was such an easy fix. Now I am going in to every bathroom and getting all new work done

Would not recommend! OVERPRICED WITH SHADY MORALS. They were called out to my moms house for the AC unit not blowing cold air sometimes. Technician stated the compressor needed to be replaced but could do a two week temp repair for $650 and these temp repairs consisted of replacing the capacitor and the hard start.... Knowing those two parts could not cost any more than $60 total and that it's not just a "two-week temporary repair" I advise my mother to have them leave. After the technician left the unit wouldn't even start so I went over to look at the unit and found components

Technician was over thirty min early and we had to rush to the house. When he came in, our 3year old system was acting strange and would not cool, but instead blew heat. The tech looked at the components, and then went to the thermostat and reprogrammed it. He then turned to me and said that reprogramming will be $90... after he did the work. I told him that was shady and he said he will "get me a discount". He went back to his gear at the compressors and said that one was almost out of coolant and must be refilled or it will freeze. He said it would be $55/lb and he had no idea

Ive used Ierna's now for a few years. Im itching to just drop the lone star on my recent experience with Ierna's, but the fact is, you don't get to choose your technician. Ive had some good ones and you get some bad ones, this one happened to be the latter.
When you are charged $110 for a technician to come out and then want charge a $225 fee for an air capacitor that you can buy online for $15 or less (feel free to fact check), at this price point, I have to be sold on the idea. Long story short, I ended up paying the service fee (more like a get off my property fee).

Great installation Team. Professional, meticulous and very personable. They came on time and worked all day to replace my 18 year old system with a top of the line highly efficient system. They cleaned up everything and left it spotless. They even vacuumed the small amount of dust they made installing new thermostat in house. I am nosy with these kind of things. They answered every question politely and thoroughly when I asked them. During the installation, every time I went to see how things were going, they were hard at work constantly. I HIGHLY recommend Ierna.

Had some trouble keeping the house cool on our 8 year old unit. Made an appointment for the following day. Jacob showed up and diagnosed the issue. A part under warranty had failed, but I still had to cover the cost of labor, that part sucks but that's the way it goes. Parts were ordered and the next day Joe Ortiz came out to install. Joe was such a nice guy and me being interested in how things work he happily explained what he was doing and what the parts do. Joe did a real quality job on my unit and went out of his way to make sure it was fixed up as and services as best it could be

Best HVAC company! Alex H. did a thorough assessment of our air conditioning unit yesterday and gave us a fair price. $500 less than other quote we received. Alex was knowledgable and explained all of our options. Today technician Curtis T. arrived on time and did an excellent job cleaning the entire system and added a UV light. We've hired Ierna's for 15 years and would highly recommend them to all.

Have held a service agreement with Ierna's for several years. Recently has an outage on my AC. Scheduled service, Joe showed up on time, ready to get to business! He ran diagnostic tests on several sections of our system. Just when things seemed like it could have been a BIG deal, Joe didn't give up and pulled deep from his knowledge of HVAC to determine a bad connection in our thermostat was to blame. #Honesty He could have sold me anything in the truck to get my system up and running. AC went out last Wednesday. My Lucky day that Joe was on call. He came out around 10 o'clock at night and fixed the problem. Joe gets five stars, but the reason for four is due to the initial installation. When the unit was installed the fuse was not upgraded from 35 to 50 amp. That has put a lot of stress on my unit over the last few years, which has caused problems and multiple trips out from technicians. Joe was the only one that noticed the error and fingers crossed I won't have anymore problems moving forward.

Previously, I would have given IERNA's a high rating, but today I am LIVID!
9 month's ago we purchased a $9,000 air conditioning unit from IERNA's and today in 90-degree weather ( heat index of 99 degrees), it decided to freeze up and quit working. We called IERNA's this afternoon at 2:58 pm and was told it would be after 6 pm before they could come out. At close to 8 pm, the technician arrived. After diagnosing the problem, we were told that it was a faulty part and it would have to be replaced. Sounds like a simple fix, right? WRONG!! The part cannot be ordered until the

I had Ierna come out to assist me in replacing my aging AC unit in my condo and was very impressed. Not only was the free estimate right in line with what I was expecting, but the installation by Don and Donnie was exceptional. They had originally told me that it might take 4hrs, but they were able to install it within 3 hrs. Don and Donnie were knowledgeable, courteous, prompt, and professional. My parents have used Ierna's for years. When I purchased my first home I needed service on my AC. They came out on a Saturday; the person on the phone explained the different prices for emergency calls in the weekend versus a scheduled repair. My AC unit ended up needing to be replaced and I purchased through them on the spot. As a result the service tech did not charge me for his visit and I was scheduled to have a new AC installed 2 days later.
