Sutton's did an excellent job installing our new windows. We had 12 complete window replacements (windows and trim). They stayed on he job until it was done. Andy made sure we were happy and that the work was completed before we even talked about final payment.

New roof, new siding and lots of drywall. Every bit of it is perfect and the service is absolutely amazing!! When we needed a window replaced, there was no question about who to call. Sutton’s did another excellent job. The follow up and overall customer service is absolutely unmatched. We will use Sutton’s for all our projects. I recently replaced my aging roof. Sutton's Salesperson, Andy A, was my first contact with the company. He was friendly, helpful and knew his stuff. He explained how long it might take them to start my project, and they called me to tell me they were starting before I had to call them.
He arrived on time for our first appointment and checked in with us frequently throughout the whole project. Brian F. was their project manner, and he did the same, making frequent visits to the house to check on how things were going, answering any of my questions and giving instructions to the roofers. Had them install two new windows, new siding and Soffit and fascia. Wow this old house looks like brand new now. I don't believe there is such a thing as a construction job that goes as planned. Problems pop up and mistakes are made. I also believe that the proper way to judge a company is not by the problems they have but by the way those problems are handled. Sutton's staff handled any problems that came up and any changes that we requested even after the job was started. Josh always returned our calls and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. Very impressed that the brick work removal was accomplished in only one day. Awesome workers who finished the task by cleaning up all debris.
The siding installers completed the installation in only two days time. Left the property in perfect shape, all cleaned up. Home owners are completely satisfied, and highly recommend Sutton Siding to every one!

Salesperson was knowledgeable and extraordinarily thorough in his explanations of the problems with the existing roof and details of the work they would do on new roof. Work crews were timely, efficient, and cleaned up each day very well. They were also very good about protecting outdoor plants and furniture. Owner even called just because the dumpster, which was provided by a separate company, arrived a day early. We had not even complained! Recommend highly!

The installation was relatively painless due to the good communication surrounding the process. We knew when they would be here at every stage which allowed us to plan. And they were willing to accommodate any necessary adjustments. The installers were so friendly and meticulous to detail. Anytime I make a purchase, especially an expensive one such as this one for windows/doors, the most important aspect to me is the follow-up, because in my experience it is seldom that something is perfect. In our case, the follow up has been exactly what I would hope for. I recommend.

We have worked with Sutton’s on 2 large projects. They completed our exterior makeover with new siding last year and did a fabulous job. When it was time for an interior makeover this year on our kitchen/living room/dining room, we knew just who to call and it couldn’t have gone any better. Starting with Chris in sales to get the project going and then working with Melissa on the design and project manager side was wonderful. If I could give zero stars I would. The first salesman that came out and spent over two hours trying to sell me windows and roofing products, And then upon leaving told me he would email me the bed. Fast forward three weeks and nobody was received. I called the company only to be informed that that salesman was no longer with the company and left no records of my bed. Foolishly I agreed to a second person coming out. The second person also spent several hours telling me all the same things the first person did and here we are three weeks later and that sales person is no longer with the company
