Please check his (Reuben's) references before you decide to engage with him and please check to see if he has any judgements against him .
Someone in Skaneateles had a similar issue and won a judgment against him (which at this point hasn't been paid) so her and I are going to work together so this sort of thing doesn't continue to happen.
Go to ongov.net (Onondaga County Online Records) and check for yourselves in regards to the judgement before you make the mistake I did. My attorney found it there.
I definitely made a mistake hiring them and am hoping others do not make this same mistake

I am the owner . I want to thank everyone I have worked for in all my years of work and apologize if you have tried to contact me with new work and were unsuccessful recently. I had to go back to the basics and be on every job. When doing that I can’t get to every job. I am restructuring my business to build it with the right people on my team at this time.
