These folks are amazing. If you have a Rennai water heater go to them first. Another company had screwed ours up during a basic service and wanted a huge amount to repair. I called Hard Rok for a second opinion and they handily fixed what turned out to be a minor issue with a dirty igniter at a fantastic price. They also gave me a lot of much more reasonable (and logical) options for repairs if it has issues again. Chris was wonderful and professional, and they saw me the day after I called. Best plumbing services available, they installed all of the heating and plumbing for our duplexes.
For 15 years they have performed yearly maintenance and have responded quickly to periodic emergencies. During « the big » earthquake a pipe broke and someone was able to repair it that day!
Everyone has been friendly, knowledgeable and well prepared with everything needed for a repair or installation.
You typically have to leave a message when you call, not to worry; someone will call back quickly to make arrangements.

We had some issues with our heaters not blowing air and I called our apartment complex to get service. Amy from the office immediately called me to schedule a visit and sent DAVID to fix the issue. Both Amy and David are 100% rock solid (see what I did there) with their prompt, friendly and professional service. David knew exactly what needed to be replaced and was done with accuracy and speed. I will definitely use their service when I’m ready to build my own house because I can tell that this local business treats their client as community members and not just numbers in the game. I've used Hard Rok in the past for our iron extracting system install. Robert was great then. Today we woke up with the furnace blowing cold air and it was -16 ! I called , reached Bill. Less than an hour later he arrived, diagnosed the problem in minutes (filter installed backwards) and found a condenser malfunctioning. This not urgent. He showed husband how to replace. No charge for call . Pleasant, professional, knowledgeable. Hard Rok will be our go to team for heating and plumbing! They are the BEST !

Amy was very responsive in getting me a quote that was reasonable. She was helpful in answering my questions and got two guys out to replace my water heater the next day. The two gentlemen (Logan and Cody I believe were their names) that came to my house were fast and efficient, they had the water heater installed and ready to go in a few hours. Hard Rok Plumbing as gained a new customer. I was pleasantly surprised at how fast and painless the whole process was thanks to a great service and install team.
