Chuck came out to give us a quote for resurfacing our pool deck. (He was 15 minutes late and didn't call ahead of time). He did all the measurements and said he would email us a quote within 1 -2 days. (Other companies gave us a quote on the spot) After more than 48 hours we still hadn't received anything so my husband called and left a voice mail. 2 days later and we still have not heard back. Such a waste of time! And the funny part is, is that he tried to up sale us on redoing our patio area as well even though we had no interest in doing so! You can't even give us a simple quote yet you want

We were delighted with the entire process of transforming our drab concrete patio into a creation of beauty. Chuck thoroughly explained the options and the process. We chose a flagstone pattern in various shades of brown and tan. The craftsmen that performed the work arrived on time each day, were meticulous in protecting our artificial turf, allowed us to fine-tune the color pallette and created a very realistic pattern that looks like real stone. We would highly recommend Chuck and his team for anyone who wants to turn boring grey concrete into something you enjoy seeing.

Working with Chuck on one of the many projects in my North Phoenix house remodel was great!
The bid was certainly competitive, and it was detailed to my specific needs and the oddities that come with a 45+ year old house that has had a number of additions to it over the years. He recognized the potential for standing water elsewhere in the backyard, and had a recommendation to help ease that problem in the project.
Chuck ended up recommending a 1-2 day project for a new pool deck, and extending the deck to cover a portion of the original patio to give the entire backyard a wonderful consistency

I had absolutly no problem contacting Chuck and getting an estimate for resurfacing my patio and pool deck. The workers showed up on time on the scheduled day, were totally professional, and did a beautiful job; we are totally satisfied. There was no mess left for us to clean up, the crew completely cleaned up after themselves. Great Job!

Asked for a bid. Sent multiple requests, played cat-mouse trying to get a hold of someone. Called directly, only ever got a voicemail- tried various times on various days - never a live person. Finally got an email and they had the audacity to then argue that they'd called me and try to explain how a phone works - it isn't 1980 where we can't identify if someone called or not, I double checked to make sure and no calls from them.
