Where to start, Hired Steve to replace my double front doors and to remodel the master bathroom from a tub to a tiled shower. Steve and his crew did awesome work, they showed up on time, everytime. The stonework done on the front of my home is a piece of art. The Merman team was amazing to work with, professional, incredibly helpful and did beautiful work down to every detail. The finish on the construction inside the home was perfect. I was comfortable leaving my house open and going away knowing they would secure it before leaving. I could not give them a higher recommendation.

Their work is impeccable . When they're done for the day they don't leave because the clock says a certain time, they leave when their work is completed and they always cleaned up before they left.
Steve is patient and kind and very professional.
He responds to texts and phone calls within a few minutes no matter where he is or what time it is.
We would recommend Merman Construction to anyone who is looking for a professional, honest and hard working contractor.

After a home stucco inspection, it was recommended that I get some preventative work done to the front of my house. I received several quotes. Only after talking with Steven did I feel confident that someone knew what they were talking about and that the job would get done right. I want to reinforce that, as many people were good at "selling", but were leaving out key areas of the home that needed kick-out flashing, gutters, etc. With stucco, this is not something you want to mess around with.

Steve and his crew did an amazing job with my house. Steve answered all my questions and explained the project details thoroughly .Everything went as promised. His crew is hard working and respectful. They made sure when they left every day, the site was cleaned. Their workmanship was first rate . I can't say enough good things about Merman Construction! I highly recommend them for any project you might be considering.
