Our masonry crews are staffed with master masons, most of which have been with the company for over ten years. We also have an in-house landscape designer with over fifteen years of experience in computer aided design and landscape installation. Bowman Construction is fully insured and obtains all necessary permitting through city municipalities, Sun City Modifications Committee and neighborhood HOA for all of our projects.

Services
Bowman Construction recently completed masonry work at my home. The work involved sidewalk and front porch with gorgeous flagstone. The completed project looks as if it were original to the house. While they did quality work in all aspects of this project, the manner in which the flagstone is set together is marvelous.

Bowman solicited us as we moved into our new home. Every phone call was two or three times to get someone to come to the house. We were patient due to the storm, but once we had someone come we never received a quote. We asked again when we saw the them in person in the neighborhood and were told it was coming. 3 weeks later and still nothing. We have hired someone else, but the customer service this company gives would make me skeptical of hiring. If you are swamped with work then just please tell us and we would have moved on right away. We were not the cookie cutter job and I don't think

Excellent landscaping and fence project. The extended Patio is gorgeous! The crew did a wonderful job relocating and setting up my fountain! The fountain is at least 600 lbs! It took 3 or 4 guys to get it moved, then they did an excellent job of incorporating it into my landscaping plan. I highly recommend Bowman!

I checked around for my fence and landscape work, hands down the results led me to Bowman.
Me fence was phase one and I could not be anymore pleased. It was installed on time, and the worker was very professional. No mess to clean up, very good job.
Phase 2 was the landscape of my new home. Janice met with me went over my request and came up with a plan which was within my budget.
I am absolutely amazed at the results. There workers were very friendly and very professional. She designed the perfect blend of trees and shrubs to enhance my yard. I would highly recommend anyone to consider this company

My husband and I had an appointment on Wednesday with a representative from this company and received a phone call from them a little after the appointment time asking to reschedule cause the lady that was coming didn't feel well. That's ok, we all get sick sometimes, so we rescheduled for today, Friday at 9:00 a m. At 9:35 I called the office to ask where she was and the girl who answered the phone said she would call her and hoped nothing was wrong since she knew she had left 30 minutes ago (note this time would already have been late). A representative of Bowman Construction came to my home in Sun City promptly to prepare a bid for a fence. While it took a few days to receive the final bid, I was impressed with the company's professionalism and knowledge of the permitting processes. The bid was very competitive compared to other wrought iron fence options. While I decided, ultimately, to to with another pet containment method), I wouldn't hesitate to refer Bowman Construction to anyone and I will also contact them when I am ready to add a patio and extended porch to my home.

We recently had Bowman Construction do a screened in patio extension, landscaping, and fence. We are very happy with their work and are planning on having them do another project next spring. We found the office staff competent and courteous and for the QUALITY of labor and materials we felt they were comparable in price for services rendered. Bowman can get busy, but for us... it was worth the wait.

Not the best, not the worst. Look around
Bowman did our phase 1 project of our backyard. We had seen their trucks in the area and being new to the city, we contacted them for a quote and ideas. Their front office is totally unorganized and the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is up too. We got different stories each time we called. They do know their way around our HOA which was good. They did good work on our hard scape and building except for installing drains which I haven't called them yet to come put them in.

Horrible customer service!! Had someone come out to give an estimate for a landscape project and after more than 3 weeks waiting for an estimate I called the company. Woman that answered the phone was completely clueless and rude and told me it's very usual for estimates to take that long. What?!! Our other estimates came in the same day. Ridiculous!! Guess they don't need or want business that badly. Go somewhere else. This place is awful!!
