Hired Watch City Construction to set up a privacy fence for our newly-purchased property. WCC gave the fastest timeline by far, we're talking days instead of months. The fence is great, definitely a step up from our previous chainlink fence. We live on a busy intersection so the fence does wonders for noise reduction.
Thanks again to Mainor and the rest of his company for our new fence. The only warning we would give is that everyone in Waltham seems to know him and you will hear a lot of cars honking and shouting from the streets in greeting. Very lively! Would definitely do business with him

I met Mainor after moving to my home in 2014 and he has been RELIABLE and RESPONSIVE - I've reached out to him for help 2-3 times per year, every year -- mainly with our irrigation and landscaping. Twice I've had more urgent problems - each time I was able to reach Mainor quickly and he was able to save the day. He has sent reliable workers to my property as part of his team. I am VERY GRATEFUL to Mainor and have recommended him to neighbors and friends.

BEWARE when hiring this company for any construction services. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER SHOW UP. I have given Mainor Zepeda the owner of this company a deposit upon agreement of his proposal. I was expecting and was assured by Mainor that they would start the project a week from our date of agreement and I was also assured the project would be completed in 3 days. However I kept getting the run around every time I asked why they haven’t started 3 weeks after our agreement. This went on for 8+ weeks and I was given every excuse you can imagine. Mainor Ariel Zepeda @chimmy0307 Owner of Watch City Construction located in Waltham was hired to do a Patio in March 2020 cash our check of $4000 for materials destroy the back yard never finish the job we had to hire another company to begin and finish the job. After 4 months and 300 call later he decided to pay back with a check on the first check of $1500 came back with insufficient funds. My experience with Watch City Construction was not a good one and I would urge prospective clients to read the many reviews online and ask to see and SPEAK with references.
I engaged with Mainor to install an irrigation system and a set of granite steps in my back yard. Come to find out, (see the photos of his work?) it appears that he had never installed granite steps before on an inclined hill! He was trying to move the 2,000+ pound granite slabs by hand! he had to borrow a friends BobCat to move the stones around. NONE of the steps are level and he destroyed my (newly sodded) back yard! The
