Great experience they dont sell lemons bought a 2017 toyota corolla with 5k miles almost brand new!! a year ago during the pandemic got ot got a great deal
The only thing I suggested is use your bank to finance never settle over more then 3% interest you be pay more for what the car is worth

I didn't get very far in the car buying process the other day because they wouldn't even allow me to test drive without filling out all the paper work ??????? Absolutely ridiculous why am I gonna take a hit to my credit score if I end up not even liking the car or something is wrong with it ??????? I told them I was concerned because in the pictures on the websites there was an oil light on (which is very serious in Audi's especially because the last Audi I had the previous owner put regular oil and not synthetic which created sludge in the engine and the car shook really bad and

They had blocked reviews on Facebook and other social media's .
The owner had the audacity to say he had sent the reimbursement check and proof of cancellation of their extended warranty that do no cover the car; and that they make sure to not allow the customer to be able to request cancellation.
So; they sold a car damaged; part of the parts and labor cost almost 2k; owner signed a papar saying they owed me to fix the vehicle. A receipt was sent almost 2 months ago; and he had the audacity to send a $300 ( three hundred) dollars check as reimbursement

Stay away. Stay far away! It's July 2020 and the numbers of coronavirus are increasing daily. The governor issued an executive order for masks outside at all times and yet, the staff does not wear masks inside or outside. They seemed shocked that I wanted to conduct business outside. I have visited three dealers within the last few days and they all were very careful. They took my license and insurance and gave me the keys with a temporary. This place expects to be in the car with the customers!

Needed(well, wanted) an new car. Went on Cargurus.com, found what I was looking for and submitted a request for new info. Even though it was around 8:15am, within minutes I received a call back from John Y offering to have me come in for a test drive. Fast forward to later in the day..me and my wife went to the service center to test drive the car, loved it, then proceeded to the lot to talk business. So I'll get it out of the way right now..I only gave 4 stars because I hate buying cars and all that goes into it, but as far as car salesman go, John Y was very professional, helpful, and courteous

Worst car dealership around! My wife and I bought a vehicle back in July. At fIrst they tried to sell us the vehicle with bald tires until we stated we wouldn't buy it without new tires, so they agreed to replace the front ones. Purchased a car from here less than a year ago. I have since traded that car in to a new dealer for $5000 in NEGATIVE equity because it was a piece of junk. Gasket issues (which apparently the warranty that "covers everything" according to the sales manager doesn't cover), gas tank leak, break lights on. All after 11 months.

This place sold me a LEMON!
Bought a 2012 Mercedes Benz ML63 for around $40,000, drove it 2 days and Malfunction light on the dash for the air suspension lit up and then the car stopped working!
Towed it to Mercedes Benz and it needs a starter, price for that $3,400! Yes that's right for a starter!
I have yet to have the air suspension diagnostic done. Probably more thousands.
Called Pa autosales numerous times and nobody will call me back! This isn't the last they are going to hear from me.
They do have nice LOOKING cars but deep down under the hood they are CRAP

Overall horrible experience. I was sold a car that was never serviced. Communicating with anyone was nearly impossible and inconsistent. I had to bring the car back to be serviced, and was told to stick around and it would be done in a few hours, ended up waiting until 7pm for the servicing, turns out they fixed NOTHING and didn't even complete the detailing that was promised, so I had to drive all the way back again for a second day of "servicing" and the car is still having major issues and they have done nothing to fix the issue and when I try to contact them they are extremely

BEWARE INSPECTION STICKER SCAM!!!!!!
Mid April I purchased a high end luxury car from this dealearship. At the time of purchase I stated I would have vehicle inspected by Mercedes dealership. Upon their inspection they advised me that the vechicle had new brake pads installed on deeply embedded and rusty rotors. My service rep stated this car would not have passed a PA safety inspection. As advertised PA Auto Sales offers a 1 year valid inspection & a fully serviced vehicle. This inspection would not have been valid or inspected properly with damaged rotors. I made Igor aware of my findings
