I would give zero stars if I could. Vehicle was left there for nearly two weeks. A new key was purchased and the key is not properly synced to the vehicle. The key gets stuck in the ignition and the engine struggles to turn over with the key. Not so with the prior key. Also, we get the vehicle back and not less than three days later the AdBlue indicator comes on. This guys allegedly did a service. I honestly question whether they did anything. If you call there to speak with someone directly you just get the run around. My recommendation to potential customers is to do just that…RUN!!!

I made an appointment for an oil change today and showed up at my appointment time and was told it would be a two hour wait, even with the appointment. The lady checking me in told me I was "lucky" because usually it would be a three or four hour wait. I asked if they would give me a courtesy car since it was going to take so long and she said they don't loan cars for oil changes. Part of the reason I bought the car here was I expected the service to be quite good. I was disappointed to find it otherwise.
