Called for a quote due to my garage door not going down all the way and stopping. Mike called me back and actually took time to discuss possible problems and how to fix them. Taking his advice I went out and solved my garage door issue. Mike also took time answer other questions I had. Although Mike did not come out to service my garage, he did give me the info to fix it myself, saving me money. If I have future problems with my garage door, I will be calling Mike.

I've been ghosted..... I've used this business in the past and Michael did a good job for me. I had a loose control button and squeaky wheels on my garage door. He was prompt and completed the work quickly and didn't brake the bank. I'm not sure what has changed, but I called him the other day to make an appointment to replace the rubber seal around the bottom of my door. We set a time and day to have him come out, but he never showed up and now he is ghosting me. He won't answer my calls or texts. I gave up and had my old man replace the seal.

Mike doesn't really offer maintenance. he is hard to reach and does not respond to texts. I called him to come and fix a door he installed a few years ago and promised he will. then for more than a week he ignored my texts and when he finally answered he told me he is no longer offering maintenance services and he's not in this business anymore. I need now to find another garage door guy to come and fix a garage door that may fail at any time

Michael the owner answered and fit in a service call the very next day. He also called and texted ahead of coming over. Probably the best customer service I've ever received from any company I can remember doing business with. Extremely nice, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Mike was awesome! I'm living in a new condo, and I've never had a garage door break on me, but he walked me through exactly what he was going to do, before he even got to my house! Replaced my old crappy garage door spring with new ones and adjusted everything so the door works like it should! He did everything in less than an hour and if I EVER need garage services again, I'm calling Mike!

Hired Mike to repair twisted garage door tensioner and re-track the door. He came over and diagnosed that we needed a new motor for our garage door opener. He took the time to call the manufacturer to see if they would replace the motor. Unfortunately the model was out of stock so he searched online and found a new motor at a local store. We purchased a new motor and he installed the motor for considerably less than others had quoted. Would definitely recommend and would hire again

I've used this company for years. When we bought our new house the garage door would not close in the daytime. I called Mike the owner to have him come out for a service call and repair. I was surprised when he said I could probably fix and change out the sensors myself. Who does that? I bought the sensors on Amazon. 5 star service! Mike is a true professional and great at what he does. This is the second service call we've needed Mike for after my dad backed into our garage door, denting it. Ultimately we wanted a new door and Mike helped us every step of the way, connecting us with his vendor (who is quite top notch), and guided us along the entire process of deciding which door would work best for us. We ended up choosing an insulated short panel door with tinted windows and I'm ecstatic with the result. From custom order to install was less than a week. Our door is quieter now and will help

My friend believed he needed a new garage door opener. I was impressed with RX Garage Doors' reviews on Yelp and Google, and gave him the contact information. He called and spoke with the owner (MICHAEL). My friend was ready to schedule an appointment and Michael went above and beyond. He nicely asked my friend to go out to his garage so he could walk him through a few things to check. Immediately, MICHAEL knew what the issue was and helped my friend fix the issue over the phone. Couldn't get to work because I was impatient and didn't wait for the garage door to open all the way and it got stuck on the cars roof rack called Mike he showed up in 10 minutes got the car out but I bend 1 of the door panels he straightened it and said have a better day. No charge I was like what? I'm keeping his contact. Months later the springs break Mike comes out gives me a couple of options just replace the springs or replace all hardware, door, springs, tracks, etc. The door is 20 years old and I have had it repaired several times I choose to replace everything. Sorry for delay in posting this. December '17 we decided to replace our chain link operated garage door with another opener that was quiet and did not wake us or the neighbors. On a Saturday morning last December, Michael came and easily replaced that noisy 20-year-old opener within a couple hours. Our new belt-drive opener has worked without fail and it's so quiet, even upstairs in our home, we barely notice it. Therefore , I recommend "locking" the garage door itself once you're in for the night.

So here's a quick breakdown:
9:00 called and spoke with Mike who was super helpful and gave great advice over the phone as I stood in front of my garage door.
10:30 George the technician was at my house ready to work and fix my garage door.
11:00 George was done! Even oiled the rollers and parts and checked the motor.
What can I say... I am so impressed with the friendly service and I didn't break

Our garage door wouldn't open (basically because even though the motor is only 2 years old its the basic builders model cheapo version.) We called Rx based on yelp reviews. Best decision ever.
Mike was quick and courteous and straight forward. We even had a little hiccup where he was late (he forgot his wallet on the other side of town) but he kept us in the loop and I really appreciate that kind of care and concern.
We ended up having to change the opener

Checked on yelp looking for a company to repair the garage door and glass at work. I stumbled across this company. I'm all about small businesses. I'm so glad I did! They sent a tech out same day, put a temporary window up till they can get a glass one cut and the very next day repaired everything. Very affordable!
