Thank you for the prompt service for our emergency water leak.AC drain in condo above us was plugged and the water was leaking thru the ceiling onto our AC causing our emergency overflow switch to short out. He came out within a few hours of our neighbor calling and fixed his and came back with a part to rectify our problem as well. Thanx again👍🏻

As new home owners we were quite clueless about what to do when our AC went out at 8:30PM and our home was quickly 90 degrees on a Friday night Karl came to the rescue and we are so THANKFUL. He was so kind, got the job done with a smile (on a Friday night) & affordable. We can’t recommend him enough! Defiantly will be the first call we make from here on out- hopefully not anytime soon though😂

We called and were given an overtime slot if they could squeeze us in. Karl was able to come by within a couple hours of calling. He was nice, described the problem and was able to fix it because he had the part on his truck. I will DEFINITELY call them if we ever have another problem. Nice, informative and fair priced.

Prompt service, great communication, awesome effort to troubleshoot an issue. They don't just rely on what a computer read-out tells them, they make the extra effort and even call the manufacturing company to troubleshoot a problem. The first time that I used their service was to get a second opinion when another HVAC Co. told me that I needed to spend $2200-3000 to fix my 7 yr. old AC unit. I had French's Heating/Cooling give a second opinion. They spent 90min. troubleshooting including calling the manufacturer and fixed the issue. It was a relatively simple fix that cost me under $300. Our landlord had setup someone to come out on Monday Carl called and said had an opening Right then for Saturday and came out and fixed our problem in less than an hour and even upgraded our thermostat to a more modern digital one. Great guy very friendly would totally recommend and use this company again.

When I was concerned about my heating unit, French Heating & Cooling was there for me. Their friendly staff advised that they have an on call technician, and Karl French (the owner) showed up to my home 15 minutes after my call. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and honest about the repairs needed. These guys are here to help you and won’t try to sell you anything you don’t need. I have used French for a few years now, both for heating and cooling services, and there is no one I would trust more to keep my family comfortable and safe in our home.

Just had air put in our Grand Haven home and the service was excellent. The install team had to go a little above the normal wiring for a wifi digital thermometer install and I noticed there was quite a bit of drilling dust where I had just cleaned and after they left I noticed they cleaned up so well after themselves I did't have to do it...I was highly impressed! Thanks for the quick, efficient, professional service!
