This is the WORST contractor in the area. They lie, charge you on the front end for upgrades that you never get, and when you actually start picking out your options, you realize they didn't adjust the contract allowances to account for the additional monies agreed to at the start of the contract. When we started picking out our options, we were charged for upgrades and started receiving change order after change order to sign, which increased our final closing price, by thousands! They will delay your build by months and months and then blame it on you. They are disrespectful, scream at you in
