Lower stars for problems with advertising, Giron Roofing is NOT doing roof repairs at present, only new roofs. Their website and Yelp, etc, need to be updated to save customer time attempting to book an appointment.
I did receive a call back very quickly to clarify and cancel the appointment I had made online. So they may do excellent work but would help to keep their advertising updated.

Just want to let you know that the guys did a great job on my roof ,the guys answered all my questions they were polite did their best job!They were great ! I gave them $10 Each for lunch and when they got back I asked them if they had a great lunch and they said yes. Giron installed my roof 2 years ago and it has been great so far. I had an old house that needed all new plywood but the guys worked quick and clean and had it finished in two days. They just came back to cut in an extra vent for me and it too was a quick and clean job that lived up to my expectations.

Can I give them 10 stars? We had four companies out to give us bids, and Eric with Giron's bid was OVER 5,000. cheaper than the next closest bid. Eric made time to meet us the day after we called. He was extremely easy to work with and there was no pressure to make the sale. He responded to a follow up call within hours to answer a few questions we forgot to ask. He estimated four days for the total redo and the amazing crew only took 1 and 3/4 days to finish. All the employees were awesome and the clean up was great. We paid what he quoted us. I highly recommend this company.

We used Giron four years ago to do a full tear off and reroof. We had a shingle over shake originally so they had to lay new plywood on both our home and barn - needless to say it was a big job. On Saturday I noticed a leak in the barn and sent Giron an email through their website explaining the problem. They called and emailed me back within an hour and had someone out first thing Monday to inspect and thoroughly completed the work today (Tuesday) at no charge.

This is going to sound like a paid advertisement because the experience and quality of work, from start to finish with Giron Roofing was second to none. My partner, a retired Contractor/Carpenter, has extremely high standards for work done on our home so this review is not given lightly. We received 4 quotes for the roof. After doing our due diligence we chose the quote from Jose Giron, feeling that the price was more than fair and this family owned company sounded like one we would like to do business with. On the recommendation of two work colleagues, I solicited an estimate from Giron to tear off of 2 layers of old shingles, and re-roof my house and garage. The house also needed new plywood decking and the garage needed replacement of some decking and barge boards, so it was a big job. Of the companies that supplied estimates, Giron was the lowest.
The process went pretty much as planned, though it took a couple of days longer than expected. There was some damage to the bushes near the structures, but I suppose some of that is to be expected when bringing down all that old roofing material.

Repaired roofing and pounded nails through my finished ceiling panels , ruining them !!! Removed my whole skylight after telling me they would only take off outer part, BREAKING FRAME IN THE PROCESS !!!!!. And refused to warranty that neither the ceiling nor the skylight would leak !!! Skylight has NEVER leaked ! Will they replace my entire ceiling paneling ???? They have RUINED all of it !

I would never hire again. I initially left a negative review with the BBB, Yelp, Angie's list, and Google. The vents that were initially installed failed but until I promised to remove my negative posts from these sites they would not fix. My husband promised he would and ask me to remove the posts which hesitantly I did. People need to know the truth about this company. I'll give them one star more than they deserve.

I will preface this by saying that this company has many positive Yelp and Google reviews, which was why I called them first. The reviews do seem to be for new roofs, so possibly they are a dream to work with if you are replacing your roof. We called them for a small repair, which turned out to be two shingles on a 6 year-old home, which had come loose in the wind. We have a flat of extra shingles, so the work would be repair only. I was up front about the job on the phone, since I knew it would be small and simple. They said they do handle small repairs, and sent someone out the next day.

I'm a realtor and most contractors don't want to work with realtors but Giron was very responsive to my request for a quote. Their quote was very reasonable and they were able to fit us into their schedule in time so we didn't have to push out the close date. They pretty much saved the transaction. Teo, Jose and team just put a brand new roof on our house. We had an original wood shake roof that had no ply wood underneath. Giron ripped everything off, installed new plywood, and comp shingle. They did an amazing job. The new roof looks great! The quality and attention to little things was great. For example, they thought (without me asking) to put all the roof vents and pipes on the back side of the house....so that the roof looks super nice/clean from the front street side of the house.

I will have to say that Teo, the owner of Giron, and his crew went the extra mile to solve and redo a leaking problem area around our chimney. They came out several times and redid the flashing until we finally got it fixed. They came out in the middle of a rain storm to wrap the chimney to stop the leak. If you need good roof replacement work done I do recommend Giron. Roofing.

Got an estimate for Teo and then after I signed the contract everything went south, REALLY South! Giron's office sent me an e-mail contract (a second one) that they wanted me to sign and e-mail back There were all kinds of things missing on the new documents along with the Warranty time not being filled in. When I tried to call their office they would not answer my questions. I was told the office manager handled everything after we signed the contract so I tried calling the Office manager who also did not return our call because Teo told him we were "Mad at him". So I cancelled

The crew did a great job on my roof! They were fast and left everything very clean afterward. Roger was great to work with for my estimate, and excellent customer service overall. They also put a tarp over my patio to stop the leaks before they started the job, which was so helpful while waiting for the job to be done.

Theses guys did so many things for us! They tore down our chimney, hauled it all away, put a whole new roof on, new siding, new paint, and a new window installed where the chimney used to be that also required masonry to rebuild part of the exterior wall where the chimney had been. A HUGE job but they did it quickly and neatly all for 20K. The house looks almost brand new! We love it.
