Hello, I am Josh Almanza, owner of My Pro Cleaner, a professional carpet, tile, and upholstery cleaning business serving homeowners and businesses in Spring Texas - also The Woodlands, Humble, Tomball, and surrounding Houston Texas areas - since 2004. My wife Patricia and I both grew up and went to school in the Houston area.
Since 2004, I've been serving homeowners and businesses with superior carpet cleaning service in Spring Texas and the surrounding areas north of Houston. Josh was very professional and honest with me. We just purchased the house and it had very bad pet odor upstairs. Josh told me before hand that cleaning might not get rid of the smell because it may have been in the padding, and that it was up to me but it was a gamble. We rolled the dice and they went to work. Took around 2 hours and was all nice and clean. Will definitely use them again when the need arises.

My Pro Cleaner did a great job cleaning my carpets! Josh is an excellent communicator. He responds very quickly and provided an accurate quote. He was flexible when I had to change the date of my cleaning as well. He showed up on time and did not waste time getting things done. Also his assistant and he moved some of the furniture to get to as much carpet as possible which was great! The cleaning got out ~90% of the stains (which had been there a LONG time) and improved the look of the carpet pile.

I reached out to Josh with My Pro Cleaner to get an estimate for tile cleaning for an Oil/Gas Manufacturing Company. We have textured tile floor throughout the main office with years of buildup from Machinist in the shop coming in/out. He was very responsive and highly professional. He was able to give me a price that was very reasonable. I was able to have the cleaning scheduled during the weekend so it did not interfere with business hours. Josh and crew was actually here before I arrived, which is always good!! The job that was done was beyond my expectations, being at the condition the floor

As with all the other reviews, my experience with Josh at My Pro Cleaner was simply amazing! I contacted him on a Friday morning and requested info on carpet, upholstery, and tile/grout cleaning. He replied incredibly quickly and was able to actually come take care of all my cleaning needs on the same day! Josh was a true pleasure to deal with, he is honest, courteous, and takes and enormous amount of pride in his work. My pro cleaners would be my #1 recommendation for services. Not only were they quick at responding and rendering services they did an excellent job as well. We have off white couches which were starting to look Beige due to several moves and being placed in storage. Now they look brand new! We will definitely be using them again. You can tell Josh (the owner) takes pride in his work which explains why he has been in Buisness for so long (since 2004). Thank you!
