Was very disappointed with the installation of the runner on my steps. It is not centered on the bottom 2 steps....appears crooked. They sent some one out when I called about it, he said it was barely off maybe 1-3/16! I told him I was not happy and for what they charged, it should have been straight!!! I would not recommend this company.

These guys were terrific! We were having a runner installed on our hardwood stairs for our older dog. When I explained my urgency, they found the earliest possible time they could fit us in instead of waiting the 2 to 3 weeks it normally takes! They really cared about our situation - they also did a very professional job. Highly recommend!
