Called on Thursday afternoon and left a message. Mark returned my call within 30 minutes and made an appointment for the next morning at 9:00. He showed up right on time. He was personable, engaging, professional, and efficient. He unclogged the line all the way into the street. He gave us advice for the future. No drama. No muss no fuss. Just a wonderful service and a cleared sewer line. Very happy with the service. I was dreading calling someone and having it mushroom into a giant problem. Very honest company. I am very happy with the service.

No matter what I did, I couldn’t get my toilet to not smell, even an hour or so after cleaning! Mark had been recommended to me by my favorite plumber’s wife (Ed had died recently) and when I called Mark about my toilet issue, I was terrified it was a sewage thing.
Nope. Needed a new toilet. Easy peasy.

Great service can be hard to find, especially when you need help quickly. Mark fit us in on short notice, showed up exactly when expected, and provided professional and high quality work. Also, he was really straightforward about what we could potentially do ourselves to keep costs down. Highly recommend!! Efficient, friendly, clean, and fair priced.

needs Mark is a true professional and performed excellent quality worked taking out an old toilet and replacing it with a newer compliance toilet. Mark kept the job site immaculate after he was done it look like he had not even been there

Mark and his son are miracle workers! We had solid concrete completely blocking the drain (P-trap) of my brand new tile shower. It would not drain at all. To add insult to injury the shower is on a solid concrete slab so there was no way to get underneath to replace the P-trap unless the tile was jackhammered. After three other plumbers gave up we called Marks Sewer & Drain Cleaning Service on a recommendation from a friend. Mark and his son were extremely prompt and immediately got stuck into the problem.
