From the beginning Superior has been great to work with in restoring the floors of our old home. Courtney was very responsive by email, working with me on timing for the project and answering all my questions about the process gracefully. When they came to do the floors, they allowed time for us to pick the stain we'd like the most taking into account the specifics of our home. They finished in the allotted amount of time and we are blown away by how these old floors have been brought back to life.

Excellent service and teamwork! Ann Marie, the owner and project manager, was always available to answer questions and deal with any concerns we might have had. Due to a slow leak under the kitchen sink, the wood floors had to be redone and we actually had to move out during the repairs. On top of that, it was during the winter storm last month and the extremely cold temperatures could have shut the process down. Ann Marie made sure all the moving parts kept moving and kept us in the loop each day. She oversaw each facet of the project from movers to the plumber and electrician, not to mention

Katherine and her team where amazing. She came out right away to give an estimate. The team got right to work, the did removal of carpet and previous vinyl flooring, put new luxury vinyl flooring throughout our house, painting and removed popcorn ceiling. They where professional and did an excellent job. It was a whole new home when they where done. Highly recommend this team.

We worked with Ann Marie at Superior. We had a great experience! They tore out carpet in our dining/living area, and then sanded and refinished most of our first floor hard woods. We were told the entire job would take 5 days, and they completed it one day early. That was a nice surprise! They were professional, on-time, and did great work. Ann Marie checked in frequently. They hire movers, who move your furniture in and out, and cleaning people who come in after sanding the floors. We were pleased with the price point as well. Ann Marie and Superior will be our go-to for more renovations.

I am proud to say that I have worked with Superior a few times over the last 7 years, multiple renovations and two separate houses at this point and would whole heartedly refer them to everyone I meet. It saddens me to read reviews filled with such negativity, especially in such an already negative and hate filled world. The best flooring company I've experienced. They were very professional and explained everything to me about the process of doing my floors. I am a disabled veteran and can't move around that great! They supplied everything from the moving of furniture to the storage of my furniture until the job was complete. I recommend them for any flooring job you may have. From replacing existing floors for upgrades to replacing floors that may have been damaged from water. I would like to say they are the best and their pricing is reasonable and with high quality products.

My husband and I could write a novel about the poor experience we had with Superior, but will briefly describe why we do not recommend them to anyone. The wrong size plywood was installed under the hardwood floor, leaving a noticeable dip in the hallway. There is a stain discoloration in our main entry hallway. We chose to demo part of the area for plumbers to fix our leak, thinking Superior (the experts) would fully remove all damaged panels, but they did not. Read your estimate carefully, including all revisions! They replaced the carpet pad in only part of the room, not the entire room, but

Superior did our complete hardwood replacement around 2 years ago, and did a terrible job. They used a cheaper quality wood than what we originally had, the floor creaks and pops, we have gaps by the wall, there are gaps in between the boards, there are splinters so you can't walk barefoot on it, and the color is inconsistent due to inadequate sanding. We had to pay another company to come in and redo 2 rooms ($4000) and plan to have the other company redo the rest of Superior's shoddy work soon.

I contacted four floor companies to refinish the hardwoods in a house I just purchased. One contacted me right away. All four businesses gave me a quote. One actually came out in a timely fashion and gave me an amazing deal that did not "take me to the clearness!" That company has professionals working with you from start to finish (pun intended). I left two stars because the guys did a great job on my floor and trim. The salespeople make a great impression but once the job started it quickly went down hill. We felt they were unprofessional, did not take responsibility when they made multiple mistakes. I’m still waiting on them to bring the leftover flooring that was supposed to be left at the house. I have a feeling I won’t get it. I’m glad the ordeal is over and I would never recommend them to anyone. I suggest Millcreek or Epps tile work and remodel.

I highly recommend Superior Wood floors. Î had hardwood floors installed to go along with some existing hardwoods. They did an excellent job and the quality is exceptional. The floors look stunning! The staff was very attentive and kind throughout the process and worked hard to meet my expectations. Highly professional. I would use them again!

I loved the customer service, and the excellent job they did on our floors. These guys are honest and know their products. I had three other companies trying to charge me three times as much, who didn't know their stuff.

We contracted with Superior to install tile flooring throughout our home. Any home project is going to have its challenges, but we can attribute our dissatisfaction with Superior to a lack of oversight and poor communication between Katherine, Ann Marie and their crews.

We had Superior Wood Floors do the tile and wood floors in our house. I don't understand the bad reviews! They did a beautiful job!!! They helped me pick out just the right stains and tiles for the look that we were going for.
Not only that, but a year later the floors still look amazing, and we have two dogs. The quality is fantastic and the team is really responsive! A+++

We had Superior Wood Floors refinish our floors about 4 years ago. Areas of our floor are so bad that about a month ago, I literally got a splinter in my foot. I called and they came out to look and told us we had a one year warranty. I called two other companies (Bird Hardwood and Renaissance) come out to give me a quote on fixing our floors. Both floor guys from the other companies (not just salespeople, but guys who know what they're talking about) told me that it looked like they only used one coat of polyurethane and they should have used three.
