Run Away! Nothing but problems!
Only getting 1 star because there isn't an option for zero stars.
Started out great. Speedy appointment. Then install came. Dirty, stinky, extremely unprofessional installer did a horrible job. Took weeks to get someone to come look at it and agreed it was terrible, and recommended a complete tear out and replacement. Told us that the installer "started at the wrong corner". From the onset our floors are full of chips, high points, top nails, gaps, and splinters. They've scheduled multiple times to fix the installation only to be cancelled the day of or the evening

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, my husband worked with them for about 2 months and lets say the worst company to work for!! They held a check and told him to pick up on a Friday, shows up and they said they had to keep it “company rules” front desk is a joke as soon as you walk in! Very unorganized, and yet they provide anyone with FALSE information. This company is a joke, could go on. Also be careful as they give just anyone confidential information about their workers!!
