This company has been absolutely spectacular. They came to my house the same day to fix my slow-draining bathroom sink. Technician worked for nearly half an hour to have it flowing freely again. He also gave me some great tips on how to proactively prevent clogs in future. We won’t think twice about doing business with them the next time we need help of a pro plumber

My double kitchen sink was backing up to the other sides. I tried some of home remedies but none of them worked so I called Professional Plumbers. They sent someone right away who cleared the blockage within the main drainage water line quickly to fix the problem. I was charged a very reasonable rate for the efficient service. I had a simple leak to fix under my kitchen sink.
When the plumbers finished “ repairing” the leak, they said the pipe was still dripping but they didn’t do anything to complete the repair and the plumbing under my kitchen sink is still leaking. In addition, I mentioned that the garbage disposal didn’t work and they said they could fix it. Not only did they not fix the disposal, but when they attempted to unclog the pipe, they clogged up my kitchen sink which they said would drain in an hour or so after they left. The sink is still clogged and was running fine before they touched the pipes

These guys did a great job for us recently by installing a new garbage disposal in our home. The technician showed up when he said he would and, after carefully explaining what was needed, he quickly replaced the old unit with new one.
