After researching online reviews and BBB and talking to a prior customer, we chose Fine Floors to replace approximately 1,400 sqf of wood floors in our home - biggest contracting mistake we have ever made. About three months after installation, a bubble appeared in one small area of the floor. Over next 3 months, the imperfection expanded and showed up in multiple areas. The team Ash sent to investigate tore up large areas of the floor in attempt to prove their assumption of moisture damage from an exterior source. My husband and I walked in and were greeted promptly by a young woman associate. We asked questions and she said she would call the manager. I was with her, and hubby was across store looking at product. Mgr bee-lined to hubby, ignoring me, and spoke to hubby directly. I walked over to them and mgr continued to talk to hubby exclusively. Hubby finally looked at me, asked me a question and I spoke to mgr. He dismissively answered my questions and comments, but made it clear I was out of line. We left. BTW, mgr was clearly from a culture that did not acknowledge a woman's place in the public

I found Fine Floors online and because of their high reviews I contacted them and requested an estimate for laying hardwood floors in my home. Ash came out and gave me a bid and communication was pretty good as we went through the process of making final decisions on the flooring. We finally got to the install date, our family of 6 went to stay elsewhere, and Ash's guys came out and laid the floor. Then they quit. They walked off the job and didn't finish. We had to scramble and try to find someone to finish the job we contracted with Ash to complete. His guys quitting threw off our entire renovation

Ash was very helpful and professional with stirring us in the right direction toward the products for our job. We did a lot of research and the prices were great. Jimmy and his team completed the insulation in a timely manner and were perfectionist. Ash and his insulation crew also worked with our schedule which was extremely helpful. The workmen were on time and professional, did the work quickly and cleanly and were done in no time. This is the best, fastest, and most professional flooring people I have ever dealt with. Fine Floors installed my hardwood 10 years ago, and everything went smoothly as planned- quick, reliable, reasonable price, and Ash is easy to talk to. That’s why I used their service again to install floors on the remaining three bedrooms. I went to the store and Ash came to measure the same day. The crew was very experienced and respectful. Sammy was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was very patient in the amount of time it took me to choose the materials, changing my mind and ideas as I have never done a reno much less a whole house reno before and he was patient thru al of that as well as my waiting for my financing. He stayed in contact with me and fought other contractors pricing. He broke down the charges to show me why his service would be better. He helped me and I cannot say enough about how pleased I was with his help.

The people at Fine Floors were very helpful in offering me beautiful choices to suit my needs. I had wood floors and carpet installed. They showed up when they said they would. The installers did an excellent job and cleaned up afterwards. They were quick and neat! My overall remodel project took longer than planned and the people at Fine Floors were accomodating about my changed dates. The overall experience was stress free and I completely love my floors. I would recommend them any day to my friends and clients!!

Fine Floors installed our new wood floors and updated the tiles around our fireplace and we couldn't be happier! They managed our expectations through the ordering process and everything happened like clockwork. The installation team was unbelievable...not only did they take care of our entire house quickly and efficiently, but they were always there when they said they would be and they cleaned up everything every night. Having had a few other projects done over the past few years with other companies, I know how valuable those things can be.

I went to 6 flooring places, including, big box stores to small local shops to find wood flooring. We settled on Fine Floors because they were $1500 cheaper than all the rest.
Their install guys were great, took 2 days to lay 1200 sq ft of wood, wow. They did a great job, and cleaned up after.
The quality of the wood was better for the price than any others we found.
