Franks are a great family owned and run business and helpful, honest, and I highly recommend them. After we were told by another heating and cooling company that we needed a new blower fan, motor and housing for our 2009 Goodman furnace my husband wanted a second opinion because he didn't think that sounded right. Frank's offered to check it out at their business for us for Free! My husband took it there and sure enough there was NOTHING wrong with the blower motor or the fan bladed either. It only needed new brackets the hold the motor in place, so they put a "bra" on the motor and new brackets

I don't even know where to begin. We had called Frank's Plumbing last week and when they came they were here for 5 minutes and then proceeded to tell me that they would have to order a part and inform the city that the water needs to be turned off so they can do it. They stated that it isn't likely but this could explode. Not the thing you want to hear.
I had called the company a few times and I understand availability of parts being a problem. I am a homeowner worried about flooding after the conversation we had. I had called on Monday asking if he had the part and he said he did and we scheduled

I called Frank's because I needed to remove a baseboard radiator. They sent a guy out right away on a Friday to look at the job to give me a price. He said it would be a simple job and he would have the office call me on Monday with a price. I never received a call, and had to call 3 times over the next week and a half just trying to get the quote, and then I was put on hold for a minute while she asked the guy so she could come back and say it will be about 400 bucks. The price was fine, just so unprofessional. Now I explained that the project had been delated 2 weeks because of this and that

I had called for a clog in my sink they came out late but did the service. After 1 week clog was back they came a 2nd time and fixed. After another week clog was back called to see if I could get quote for new lines they said ok. 2 weeks no call for quote called them they said sorry I will get it quoted and call back in a couple days. No call back since.đŸ˜–đŸ˜–

Seems like I'm not the only one getting poor customer service. They were scheduled to arrive around 3:00. At 4:15 I called the office and was told they may still be out, and that she would know for sure shortly. I said to please call me if they were not coming. Well, they were a no-show, no phone call, no apology, no follow-up call to reschedule-----complete disregard for the customer. Obviously, they don't need the business, but should at lease acquire some manners and respect for other people.

If there was a Zero option that's what I would give them. My mother who has been a customer of Franks plumbing for over 50 years. Sadly over the last month or so they have lost a faithful customer. She will never use them ever again for a plumbing problem. My mother and I called Franks in the beginning of September when the hot water knob in the shower wouldn't turn off of the water flow anymore. We had just recently bought a house that is about 50 years old with all the original parts (even carpet and the roof, which we replaced since purchasing). Franks said they would come out and take a look

Very poor service. Showed up 2 hours late for initial consultation. I expressed the need for a bid on the job in a timely manner because of large overhead monthly costs. Called three days later asking about my quote. I was told it was here on the desk and they would get back to me shortly. 2 more days go by and nothing...... Called and asked if they had it done and they said almost. So I stop in the next morning (7 days after there initial consultation) thinking it would be done and more excuses. Fast forward 3 weeks now.
