Fettner Construction and Development is a family owned and operated home building company that has been building homes on Chicago's North Shore for over forty years. At Fettner Construction, we build custom homes, speculative homes, and upscale additions and renovations. Our projects range from greystones on the gold coast, to multi unit renovations on Michigan Avenue, to 15,000 square foot smart houses in Lake Forest.
Historic building in Wicker Park was renovated from a multi family 3-flat to single family residence with two-story rear addition and 4th story. This historic farmhouse was one of the oldest homes in Highland Park, and was designated as historically significant by the city. This home won the platinum award for home design.
For over twenty five years, Fettner Development & Construction Co., has been building high-end commercial, retail, industrial and institutional. Pride ourselves on return clients.
