They was quick to come out. Like 15 minutes. (Had a cancelation) they was nice. Even touched up a couple places I thought needed a second touch. The over all job was ok. I've seen better by other companies and they was on the higher side when I comes to prices but it has been a while since I have had it done before. 200$ for my whole house. My carpet just didn't look at as good as others have done before... could just be my carpet getting old.

My husband and I had our carpets cleaned by this company less than a year ago and we were really unhappy with the service.
The guy who came to clean the carpets told us we did not have to vacuum beforehand, so we assumed he would. He didn't - we have pets so we could still see dog hair in the corners of our carpets.
We also have a space around our bed where the carpet is discolored since the bed sat over it. It looked no better before the cleaning than it did after.
We called back once the tech left and the owner came out to look at it. He told us that the carpet had just been "bleached" by
