Originally called because the Bryant brand is rated highly for both furnace and A/C by Consumer Reports. The technician that came was very knowledgeable about my questions. I also spoke to Steve and Penny via phone and email, they were always responsive before and after the sale. After almost a year I contacted them having issues with my thermostat, they sent a technician to troubleshoot and replaced it free of charge.
Arens consistently has done better work and been far more punctual for their appointments than I've experienced with past contractors. I would highly recommend Arens for purchase

I was absolutely blown away at the service I was given. John went above, and beyond my expectations. I had never received such wonderful service before. He explained everything thoroughly, and helped me learn more than just a thing, or two about my AC unit. This is the kind of service you always hope for, but never actually expect to get. He was so kind, and polite. I know for a fact that the next time I run into an issue, Arens is the only place I'll need to call. Not only are you greeted on the phone with a friendly voice, but you're also given service that hits right out of the ballpark.

Upon first entering Arens Heating and Cooling, I was immediately greeted by Penny (Arens) and ask how they could help. I described the condition of the current installed system and concerns about it. She asked Steve (Arens) to join the conversation and they discussed the benefits of replacing my HVAC with a new Bryant system. No high pressure sales tactics were used at all. After our lengthy discussion, I scheduled an on site inspection and estimate.
