Duwane was great! He did everything I asked and more. His customer service was top notch! I really appreciated his overall kind attitude. Mike Giglio was very nice as well. It took a while due to my credit card company and he was very patient and even got my daughter some snacks and really took care of us.

The whole experience was great! The guys weren't pushy, muniplative, or trying to pull a fast one (basically everything I thought of car salesmen). Everyone was upfront and honest and listened to what I wanted and tried to give me exactly what I was asking them find. I'll definitely be back!!

Best car buying experience I've had in years, thanks to my Salesman Don! His manager Curtis is a spot on, to the point and I loved that, no pressure to buy a car, just the facts. I got a '21 Durango HEMI RT was just what I was looking for.

While other local dealers are marking up vehicles with their "Joe Biden" pricing plans by up to 20k over sticker price, Sahara Dodge is actually selling the vehicles for the price you see on the website!
I was in and out in less than 3 hours.

Overall great experience. The sales and finance teams are really helpful and go the extra distance. My only critique is the detail team does not have an eye for detail. So don’t expect your brand new vehicle to be spotless without sending it back a couple of times.

I have been going here since 2014 for my Jeep Cherokee maintenance. I have a maintenance plan on my keep, so got my regular oil changes and such. I recently had trouble with my Jeep Cherokee and also needed an oil change. I took my car in to the dealership... My maintenance plan had expired with my car being six years old and so had my warranty. I decided to have them run a diagnostic on the car anyway.

I had my heater fixed today and I must say I really appreciated the Customer Valued Services that I received from Jose, Amber and Keith. I didn't remember the managers name but he was great as well. I was very comfortable while waiting for my car and happy with the time it took to repair. I still had my entire day ahead of me. I would recommend this service to anyone.

The experience was great.. The service AMAZING from all the staff.. To be able to drive out with a brand new vehicle was a great feeling and they made it possible for us.. We highly recommend them and now we know where we are getting our other vehicles from.. used or new they have a great selection..

Bro, DO NOT buy ANYTHING from here!
Don't even take a free water bottle because somehow someway, even THAT will cost you $300.
This is the most shady car dealership I have ever been to. They find a way to wiggle out of EVERY single warranty coverage you try to use. I don't want to give this post anymore energy. And I challenge you to find the same staff member twice. More turnovers than a bakery.

If I could give no stars I would. So, my car stopped working and I had it towed to Sahara Chrysler Jeep Dodge, first, I had to call them multiple times to even see if my car made it there and if it was going to be looked at. I didn't expect anything done same day, it's Covid I get it. But, I got NO communication from this place. I went up to the place to even see what was going on and that's when I had the pleasure of talking to Bobby, he gave me his business card and told me that he would have it looked at by the end of the day. If you ever buy a car, I recommend seeing Ivan and JT for any of your needs. Ivan was our car sales person and I have never received any service remotely close to his.
I have bought a few cars in my lifetime but he's not like any car sales person I've known.
I recently bought a truck for my daughter who attends UNLV college. After purchasing the truck I went to the restroom for a few minutes and I came back out and he was cleaning the inside of her truck. Then he helped us transfer my daughter personal belongings from her car to the new truck as well. He helped us get a side step

I've brought my car into Sahara Jeep Dodge 14 times for a leak in 1 year. 14 times!

I have a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee with under 35k miles. My car started leaking Sept 2018, 1 year and 10k miles ago.
I've brought my car in numerous times and theyve changed the same things multiple times with no resolution. It's almost as if they didnt review previous history or take the time to actually diagnose the issue. Sometimes I would come in and they would just tell me it was residual leakage from a dirty under carriage. Then they would send me home and it would still be leaking.

The customer service at this dealership is as good as it gets. I had a truck that I took there to get serviced and was blown away. Even though it's not the most convenient location for me, I continued to take it there because of the experience. When that truck got wrecked, I made it a point to purchase new at this dealership, with the expectation that the experience with the sales team would be as good as with the service team. It was, and I would recommend this dealership to anyone. I'm a loyal fan.

Absolutely ridiculous, there's really no other way to describe it.
First-time customer, long-time Jeep owner.
Called a week in advance to schedule a simple oil change. Showed up on the day, right after they opened (no one in the Service line ahead of me).

Didnt hear anything all day - so I call 8 hours later:
"We didn't get to it; 'backlog'."
Nope. That's b.s.
and I'll never be back.

We bought a brand new almost 40000 dollar car here 3 years ago. Our air conditioner already quit, well it's no longer covered but luckily we had bought a warranty. They have now had my car for almost a week and have not heard anything. In order to get any information, my husband has to drive over there and they still don't know anything. We're buying a new car in a few years but it won't be from there. Their customer service is horrible.

I put down a $1000.00 deposit on a Ram 2500 truck at Sahara Chrysler Jeep to show good faith. I had every intention of buying this truck. I was planning on flying in from LA to make the deal. However, a week before the deal, my house caught fire and I was forced to move my family out and into a hotel until I could secure a rental while the house was being rebuilt.

I called and explained the situation to the general manager. He couldn't care less. All he said was that my deposit was nonrefundable. I pleaded with him to reconsider and he said he would look into it and call me right back.

On Monday April 26, 2021, I took my 2017 Dodge Challenger to the Dodge Ram dealership on west Sahara in Las Vegas. I spoke with the service rep name Bobby. I explained I needed an oil change and if he could take a look at my air conditioning because it wasn't blowing cold air. He said ok, I gave him my info including my warranty info. He said if not today the car should ready by tomorrow and that he would contact me. On Tuesday afternoon I decided to give the dealership a call to check on the status of the car. I spoke with Bobby who told me that there was a leak in the air conditioning line

They use your car for personal use. Got my vehicle back after 22 days, which they claimed was due to parts, with no gas and kids toys in the back. I do not have kids.
