Recently we had a roof leakage problem. During looking for a contractor to fix the leakage, we found that Semper West gave the best estimate among several companies. The front desk receptionist of the company was very friendly, easy to talk to, and provided helpful information. The company responded fast to our questions and requests. The repair was smooth and thorough. We had Semper West come out and replace our old gutters with new larger 6" gutters with the Leaf Relief system covering them. They were able to start the project immediately (ordered on Thursday, delivered on Friday, installed on Monday) and complete the whole process in just a few hours. There was no mess left, and the workers were extremely polite and professional. Price was very reasonable and well within what I expected to pay for such a large gutter system. I would not hesitate to contact them in the future for any other remodeling needs.

We have had the pleasure of being long standing clients of Brian and the Semper West team going back over a decade now. On our previous house, over a period of several years, we replaced the roof, installed gutter covers, installed new windows, added vented soffits and aluminum cladding. I had them out to give an estimate on a new roof. They seemed knowledgeable, friendly, and like a good company to work with.
After the visit I waited a while for a call or email. Nothing. Then I realized that maybe they didn't have my email...at least a few weeks later I gave them a call. The woman who answered thought it was strange that they hadn't gotten back to me but then confirmed that they in fact didn't have my email address. I gave it to her, spelled it out etc and never heard back.
Oh well. Maybe they didn't need the business? It was the strangest dealing I have

They came out and installed 6 Windows, the two of six windows was a half round windows that is attached to the regular windows, when they attached they had to add the weatherproof molding, it was a flexible molding so they can make it round to match the new one, it came out okay but felt they could have done a better job of aligning it, you can see that it is not aligned properly (when look closely).
The caulking job was a mess where I had to go back and scrapped off the caulk that was all over the vinyl part of the windows, they also did not cleaned our windows after the job was completed. I

My worst new home owner experience thus far was coming home to a fallen ceiling under a leaky roof. Of course I had multiple people come by to offer estimates in order to get the best deal. Love these guys! I've had to have shingles replaced twice on my roof. I found Semper West online because I like to use local business. The first time Brian came out and gave me a great estimate and did an awesome job replacing the missing shingles. This time Jessie came out to fix my neighbors because we both always lose shingles when there is a strong wind storm. I had forgotten to call Semper West back after I previously contacted them.
