My service advisor was personable, thorough, and efficient. I bought my car brand new in 2019 from this dealership so I try to keep my service and maintenance. I had actually received a coupon in the mail for free 45k maintenance, but was disheartened when I lost it. I arrived at the dealership and found out that my tire rotations were included as a lifetime benefit since I purchased the vehicle from them.
Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. However, I had made an appointment, but I still had to wait 30 minutes before they would take my car. It took them 3 1/2 hrs to rotate my tires and change my oil. That is why I did not give 5 stars. My parents were searching the market for a RAV4 and Tre could not have been more accommodating.
He was very knowledgeable about the car and was very patient in explaining all of features of the trim types and safety features to my dad whose first language is not English. He and Dick Dyer Toyota worked with us over multiple days to ensure we found the car that we wanted.
