So disappointed! Scheduled them to get an estimate, though I got "mail box full" a couple times before I could leave a message. I read reviews which had some complaints but I figured I'd move ahead anyway. They came out and said call office for estimate, which I thought was odd. Called a bit after they were here, and got the mailbox full message again a couple times before I could get through. I called and scheduled service after they gave me a quote for the work to be performed. They did not show up, nor did they call me to inform me. I rescheduled for two days later, and again they did not show up, nor did they call me. When I tried calling them to follow up, they did not answer the call and let it go to voice mail. I called to set up an appointment for an estimate on a tub install and was scheduled for a usual 2-hour window. The plumber was 45 minutes late with no call to update on the tardiness. The plumber was very confident in the job and gave a fair and reasonable price for the work. Leaking water heater never fun, we had ALL-Pro come out give a quote and Artur installed it - he's awesome very professional and knowledgeable. We had 2-50 gallons replaced with a 75 gallon so new piping and fittings needed and he tackled the job like you would expect a professional. All Pro Plumbing in McHenry - I can't say enough great things about them. I had used them in the past and I am so impressed with them, once again. Their customer service and plumbing skills are unbelievably wonderful.
I had a problem in my laundry room, and two valves needed to be replaced. I called Michelle and she scheduled me for 8:00 am. She also scheduled the village to come out at 7:30 to shut off the water. Called on a Tuesday for an appointment Thursday. My 10-12 timeframe came and went. Left a message at 12:15 to ask for a status update. Nothing. Called at 1:15 and was told he would come "shortly". Called at 2 and was told I was next and he would be there within the hour. Called at 3:40 and was told he was on the way. He finally showed up at 4:10. I did send picture.
I did give $50 but not enough for absolutely no work done!
I explained from the start I was out of work.
I called at 7pm not 9pm.
Cops have never been called to my home for any such problems EVER!

And as an FYI...I paid in full $773 to US waterproofing before they did the work ...awesome company!! Free estimates!

Not only did they not show up, they didn't even call to say they weren't going to. Rearranged my work schedule to accommodate the 10AM to Noon window they gave me. I was out of town last week and our Son was watching our house. Our ejector pump went out and I called them at 9:00 Saturday night. They answered on the first ring! Said they could have someone Sunday afternoon. They showed up and replaced the pump. When I got home everything was cleaned up from the repair.
I was given their name by loud HVAC in McHenry and I would recommend both of them!

We called All Pro Plumbing on a recommendation. They were a no show for the appointment (1PM - 3PM window)...and WE had to call THEM! The representative told us, "we're dealing with a lot of flooding emergencies - I sure wish our guy had called you beforehand!" Well, us, too. I get that things happen but come on. Anyway, we re-scheduled for 7AM the next day. I asked for the plumber's name and number...All Pro's rep said she'd call right back with it...zilch. At 6:40 that next morning, All Pro called - they can't make THIS appointment either! 20 minutes notice

I called a few plumbing places for quotes on installing a water heater. Michael, the owner of All Pro, was prompt and courteous with answers...and his quote was much lower than others. He was cool with picking up one I sourced locally, installing it, and hauling away the old one. Even installed an aluminum anode rod I sourced to prevent the rotten egg smell of well water.

Day of install they were on time, quick, and VERY clean.

Not one issue with service, install, etc.

HIGHLY recommended in all ways!

UPDATE 2016 Had them fix some leaky faucets. They had to come back and fix their own work

My kitchen sink was clogged and the overflow made a lake in the dishwasher. Yuck. I called All Pro and Mike the owner came out right away and did not charge extra for coming out on a Sunday. He was courteous and efficient. The fee for service was very reasonable.
