Experience: Each of our plumbers has more than 10 years of experience in plumbing, both commercial and residential. Apprentice plumbers spend several years working under the supervision of journeyman or master plumbers, as well as studying and taking tests to earn their license.

Above and beyond!!! I am blown away by the service we received yesterday. We have been in a never ending kitchen and bathroom renovation for months now; we called Rimrock plumbing because our dishwasher was… backing up after all the new countertops and sink went in our kitchen. Travis and Michael could tell immediately that the brand new garbage disposal wasn’t installed correctly not allowing the dishwasher to drain since they are all interconnected. I was complaining that our new refrigerator we had installed last month wouldn’t make ice (bottom freezer) and Fred’s Appliance

I've used Rimrock several times. One of the owners, Travis I think, is among the most knowledgeable, polite, and patient people in the trades I've ever had to work with. I've recommended them to many people and always hear the same good things back. I wouldn't recommend anyone else. There's a reason they keep getting voted best in billings.
Update- their apprentice came and helped replace my water heater. Was hear earlier, done quicker than planned, and they actually gave me a bill for less than was discussed. Can't recommend enough.

Had a major problem with my main drain going to my septic tank leaking, called Rimrock up and they came out that day to inspect, realized it was definitely an emergency, went out of their way to move things around, and had it fixed by the next morning. this was also during the holiday times, did a great job, would definitely recommend these guys, great service, nice people, and done in a timely matter.

They did all the plumbing for our new build out at Rimrock Mall. amazing work, super professional, on time and the work they do, you can tell how much they care about you and the end result. Should up early, finished on time, couldn't even tell they were here by the end of the day. Polite, professional, and good respectable men to boot. Not only Ould I hire them again, they are the only plumbers I will call if or when I need one again. Wish I could give them 10 stars.

Bill the owner of Rimrock Plumbing is so nice to work with. Gave me the best bid. His crew is very respectful and on time. Travis and Angel were actually fun to work with. Bill with Rimrock Plumbing was wonderful! He promptly returned my call and was available by text as well. He was able to come within a day or two for my sevice call (non-emergent) and was trustworthy, friendly and professional when he came.
