For this home, we ripped up the original, cracked sidewalk and replaced it with a custom paver walkway. One of the trees, including the stump, was removed and new beds were added to enhance the new walkway. Plants and mulch were added. Lastly, all of the concrete areas were pressure washed. Because of the slope and to help minimize erosion, we made a three-tier bed and added landscaping.
For the budget-conscious, it is best to add mulch during the Springtime, between February and March. However, mulching twice a year will help more with weeds and act as a blanket for your shrubs. Keep in mind that a one-time, two inch layer of mulch is better than a semi-annual, thin layer to "add color, " because mulch breaks down at an approximate rate of one inch per year.

Adam at Oceanside is the way to go. With his professional touch, our backyard has done a complete 180. He fixed drainage issues, graded the whole property, got green grass to grow in troubled areas, installed beautiful rock beds and pruned our hard to reach trees! He takes pride in his work and always follows up to make sure the customer is satisfied. We will definitely continue to use Oceanside for all of our landscaping needs!

Adam and the team at Oceanside Landscaping are amazing! They built a retaining wall to finish off the concrete around our pool, that is not only functional, but also aesthetically pleasing. The quality of the craftsmanship, the materials used, and the knowledge of the entire team truly transformed our backyard into an oasis. I can not recommend this company enough! Adam at Oceanside Landscaping has been doing our landscaping for over a year. The yard always looks great and he charges a very fair price for all he does.
