I'm writing this review for my mom, who had a walk-in shower installed recently. Roger came to measure, a wonderful guy, absolutely no sales pressures. Explained everything very clearly. Showed my 95 year old mom where all the grab bars would go for her safety.
Luis was the main installer, and he was great. Super neat and tidy- did a beautiful and professional demo and install. If she could give them 10 stars she would! Cal Bath was above and beyond her expectations!!!

I recently hired CalBath to convert my shower/tub into a walk-in shower. Darrell came out to do the initial consultation, but I wasn't completely sold on the patterns he presented. I decided to drive out to Newport Beach to visit the showroom. As soon as I walked into the showroom, I saw my shower!! I still took the tour with Darrell as he showed me the different options and answered all my questions. He helped me choose the the walls, shower fixtures, and door.

Very professional, Roger came out and took the measurement in the bathroom as well as gave us the price for the shower tub and the vanity. I like the communication and the idea of how this bathroom is going to get fix.
Also, Robert did a fantastic job of installing the tub and and the vanity. Very professional and also gave advice on how to properly clean the shower tub and the glass door.
I am very grateful and I recommend CALbath for those people who need to renovate their bathroom.

We just had the best customer service from the CALbath install team of David Ramirez and Art Chavez! They were on time, friendly and in these COVID times were super safe wearing masks the whole time. Cal Bath did our master bath over 15 years ago and our front somewhere after that. Was quoted for a full remodel on the MB and it was alot more than we budgeted for, so we had to change some things. We asked for a new shower door, old door blew up, and some shelves in the existing shower. Was told they will not just do a new door and shelves. Apparently it is to small a job for them. So I am off to find new shower doors from a company that will take my money. Thanks Cal Bath for treating return customers so well. Sorry I can't spend 16K but I will spend my money elsewhere.

CalBath did a great job removing an original one-piece tub stall and old plumbing, and replacing it with a new three-piece tub and fixtures. This is the only bathroom in a unit that had a malfunctioning shower mixing valve, so it was an urgent situation. CalBath was able to schedule and complete the renovation in less than two weeks. Their prices were very competitive, the workmanship and the final product were great, and the service was very professional. From estimate to completion, the process was smooth, low pressure, and with great communication throughout. I would highly recommend CalBath

CalBath installed a Corastone shower enclosure for me and it's absolutely beautiful. I've previously had tile shower enclosures but hated cleaning grout. I've also had fiberglass enclosures which were easy to clean but didn't look good. The low-profile Corastone shower base makes the bathroom look bigger and provides easy access.

After having the worst experiences with other home reno companies that 1) were difficult to get a hold of and 2) had horrible customer service, we were relieved to stumble upon CALBath. My new shower/bath installation looks great. Darryl, the salesperson, showed me some different options and made sure to help me pick what was affordable for me. David, who was the installer for my job, was amazing. He was able to explain everything during the process and I trusted him completely with the bathroom. He was very pleasant to work with, friendly, punctual, and the work was done quickly and efficiently. He wore booties to keep my floors clean and wore a mask to keep the covid rules. I had the best experience with this company. From the very beginning of the process. Darryl started it off by coming out and giving us a quote. He was quick, responsive and gave us a reasonable quote for the work. We then went to the showroom and picked out all the finishes for our bathroom. I just had a 46 year old fiberglass shower tub combo refinished by CALbath. their team was incredible. From my first meeting with Roger who gave me the price then Brian came and did the refinishing and made it look like new and then David came and installed a new sliding glass doors. Looks like a million bucks for a whole lot less.

Darrell came out to the house to review what we wanted done, we went to Calbath's facility near John Wayne to select finishes, and we got a quote by email shortly after. Lots of options available from the manufacturers they carry, happy with what we picked.
Colin and Robert were awesome during the install. I didn't have to worry about anything. They brought plenty of drop cloths so nothing existing was damaged. Workmanship on the project was excellent. Scheduling was great and we knew what to expect. Will definitely recommend

Our sales person, Steve Lass, was knowledgeable and helped us navigate the design and details to get the job completed. Luis and Ricardo were the people that did the demo and install, and they did an excellent job. They did a fantastic job, exactly as they said. They were ahead of schedule, cleaned up after themselves and did the entire job (two bathrooms) unsupervised by me as I live in another county. They also had a better selection of surface options than other companies I was considering.
