Our central air stopped working late Sunday afternoon in the middle of a heat wave and Griff's came out on short notice and got the job done. Ryan was great, he found the problem after a few short tests and within minutes we were up and going again. We couldn't be happier. 10/10 recommend.

If we could put more stars we would !!!! We called Rich this morning and our system is already repaired. We were told by two competitors that we needed a complete system. Rich fixed it in less than an hour. We had no AC for nearly a month. Thank GOD that people like Rich are still in this world. DO NOT EVER CALL ANYONE ELSE !!!!!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I am astonished at the five star reviews. This company is simply not dependable. They came one time last winter when we were having trouble with our heating and we were very pleased. They advised us to get a new part on the furnace but asked us to wait and call them in the spring when they would come and install the new part. We called as instructed and despite several excuses we’ve been given about multiple delays still have no new part. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Griff's came through for my family after a big chain lied to us and said we needed a new system. On a Sunday they took time out of their day to look at our system and found the only issue was the ignitor. At a time when money is tight (new move + Holidays) they saved us tons! We will never look to another heating and cooling company besides Griff's!

Can’t say enough good things about Griffs. The “Bomb Cyclone “ of 2018 Killed my furnace. I contacted at least 8 different company’s for replacement estimates and only a few replied. Those that did reply had very high prices and 7-10 days to wait. I saw Griffs reviews and called. They had an estimate to me the same day. The same specifications I gave everyone, Griffs bid was substantial lower. A small family company and low overhead Kim at the office said. Owner Rich came over the next morning to explain the job. Within 2 days I had heat again! They were quick , clean and Efficient.

Griff's is amazing. The installed a new AC unit in my rental unit. The price was awesome but the service was out this world. We ran into a snag with the permit and Rich did everything to ensure the permit went through, EVEN coming out minutes after having a wisdom tooth pulled. From Kym, to Rich to their son this is an amazing team. If you HVAC work go no further then them.
