I would highly recommend Buffalo Home Remodeling & Remediation Services. I had an issue with baseboards ripping from the wall at my rental property. I reached out to three contractors and Buffalo Remodeling was the only one who could properly detail the issue along with the steps to fix the issue. Jonathan did a quick visual inspection that showed mold behind the baseboards. This needed to be resolved quickly and Jonathan was willing to work with me to get the work completed in a timely manner without a lot of drama during the sales process. I really appreciated that. I highly recommend Buffalo Home Remodeling. They restored my home beautifully after a flood from a busted waterline behind my refrigerator. Most of the baseboards and all my floors needed to be replaced as well as painting and cabinet restoration. I have to say my home looks better than it had before. Jonathan, the project manager, was very professional and detailed from the get go. He was great at keeping me informed about the daily tasks throughout the project. He is a joy to work with as he wanted to make sure everything was done just as I wanted and he succeeded. I was very happy with the quality

Work was great. Looks like a new house. Only area of improvement would be better communication and a more consistent arrival time. Some days they’d arrive at 11, some 745 with no heads up, sometimes 9. Makes it difficult to plan your day. Also never knowing 100% what day they’d show up. Had to order more floor tile twice which delayed everything by a week.
But Jonathan is very nice and very knowledgeable. He worked with us to keep the cost lower so our out of pocket after insurance was easily doable. Victor did an amazing job basically building a new bathroom for us and we’re very happy
