In today's day and age this company almost seems to good to be true. But they are fantastic! Honest, dependable, and reliable are just a few qualities that come to mind. Shaune is very knowledgeable about his work and his crew was able to repair our roof in Summerfield. He didn't try to oversell us or talk us into anything we didn't need. We have several buildings and we will call him again with any other roofing work we may need in the future.

We recently moved to the Orlando area. Our realtor recommended Next Dimension. We are so happy she did. Shaun came out and did a free estimate on our repair for the house we just bought. He did a great job explaining what needed to be done. He was honest, fair and educational. He got on the roof to actually inspect the repair. Between the estimate and actual time of work, Shaun was very communicative and kept us informed on the timeline. The crew that came was very nice, clean and on time. The left the yard clean. Shaun came by also to check in. When our roof needs a full replace in a couple years

Blaine and his family at Next Dimension Construction are fantastic to work with! We chose them to expand our Lanai and half-vault a spa which included concrete work, 240VAC electrical and drain for the spa plus a panoramic bird cage. We had a minor issue with the Trex decking around the spa a couple of months after the project was completed in May 2021 and they responded immediately taking care of the problem. Their quality is second to none and their prices are fair and competitive. Can’t say enough good things about these guys!

Next Dimension built my birdcage with panoramic screens. They did a fantastic job. All three brothers were always available when I called and constantly in touch with me. I am very happy with my final result! I have now decided to have a new roof next year and I will be calling them.
