Over the next few years the organization grew but World War II interrupted the business operations. After the war, since the founder was stationed at NAS Millington, Greenscape resumed business in Memphis with a three-acre nursery on Summer Avenue. By concentrating on custom landscape planting and maintenance, Greenscape developed a loyal clientele that kept returning for individualized, high quality landscape services.

Nothing screams the South like sprawling magnolia trees covered in stunning white blooms in the summer or the pink and purple blooms of redbuds that brighten up the woods along the interstate in spring.
