I had received 4 other estimates for air conditioning and heating in my home when Mark, the owner of Suncoast Air, came by to give me his estimate. But first he inspected the attic and existing old heater, and AC unit.
Suncoast Air was not the lowest estimate nor the highest but I was impressed with Mark's product knowledge and answered all of my questions regarding what my house needed. I felt confident that he not just trying to sell me the most expensive or Highest Efficiency system. And I felt very comfortable with the Trane AC system he helped design for our home.
