Twice promised help with bad plumbing problem. Both times they did not show up. First time I waited two months and my yard died. Now my pipes are in danger of freezing for the second year in a row. The technicians are very skilled but the business is run poorly. They didn’t even have record of the first service. Since the same thing they replaced after freezing the winter before is what they are supposed to be fixing I called them back. And also because Jerry who was assigned to come out is exceptional.

I was really impressed with Wes Plumbing and Heating. They were really knowledgeable and helpful, hard-working, and I had good communication throughout the process. We had a major headache on our hands and they did an outstanding job on our home. If I ever need work again I will definitely be going with Wes.
